Surge is a national award-winning non-profit that is a movement of monumental change for young people, their families and our broader communities.

Focusing on leaders of color in the education space, this leadership development org has a long-standing relationship with JNJ Creative to uplift and amplify much of their visual communications. Over the years, design solutions range from internal branding, event collateral, print and web banners, social media and fundraising campaigns, merchandise design and annual report websites. JNJ continuously builds top-level design templates/solutions for Surge so the national staff can “run with it” —keeping the org’s visuals as refreshed as the new cohorts of leaders they graduate each year.

 

Despite the deliverable—from banners, podcast covers, to annual reports— kept the inspiring energy of Surge throughout.
